That's some mighty fine playing.
Justin Towns Earle plays like that - it always sounds like there are two , sometims three guitarists playing, but it's just one. Wish I could play like that.
It's amazing to see the passion these older bluesmen put into the lyrics - as TF said - it really soothes the soul.
This is a perfect example of why you're the one who knows the blues we need to know!

Leadbelly's original version is still the best!
I also like John Baldry's version from his 1971 album "It Ain't Easy". Great choice, Badeye ... long live the "Friday Blues Fix"!

Oh yeah ... this one's justing ooozing with feeling. I agree with TIG ... no one can dig out the great blues like Chordie's Badeye. I wouldn't have known about many of these artists, if it weren't for "The Friday Blues Fix". We're fortunate to have you here!
