ok all.....

since my forte is not singing or playing I thought I would add a little twist and do what suits me a little better.
Instead of covering Neil's awesome song.....  I wrote a sequel to it ( which is what I like to do)

I don't know if it will make sense to you ... but it  stems from my interpretation of the original lyrics.

here it is: After the Goldrush. part 2

Baldguitardude ......... go for it!  Absolutely no reason why you cant!  As long as it is the same song featured for that  month,  you can do as many re-takes as you want in that month of the song

Its  a  cool  version Jan  suits the  Uke  .John and  I   have  an electric  uke  track  in our  current  set   I'll post  it  on the  forum soon .

Very campfire-y.  My favorite way to listen to music.  Good job.

Probably not.  It's themed on "The Dispossessed" by Ursula K. LeGuin, which is a depressing bit of science fiction in which all of the children of the Earth are taken away when a group of aliens decided we had reached an evolutionary point that as a race we were "ready" for "the next step."
