Topic: Vocalist//Lyricist

Hi All, my name is Kim Noble and I am a hobby singer-songwriter who has a (very!) small bit of experience collaborating and recording online with music.  I just purchased a ukulele (after failing many other instruments) and that's why I am on this forum

I wanted to offer any help (as time allows) if you needed a vocalist and/or lyrics for your hobby recordings and/or lyrics.  I am most comfortable singing my own lyrics and creating my own melody lines.  I sing most genres (maybe not death punk metal smile but most other genres). 

I am not skilled (which is why I tend to shy away from preset melody liines--I have a very faulty ear) and my lyrics are simple but feel free to check out my signature page where it has a sampling of what I do both on SoundCloud and Youtube and if I can help---please feel free to contact me!

HAHAHAA Bill Bill Bill!! I absolutely LOVED that video and if I EVER get to meet you in person we are TOTALLY recreating that dance scene--hahaaha!!
Please please, tell me how you know so much German!!!  Must ... find... out.  I have recently joined an "American living in Germany" Facebook group letting them know I would back for the summer and a guitarist (well, technically his girlfriend) has already contacted me about getting together!!  LOVE the world wide web!! smile

Well, long story short? I was BORN in Germany (Rothenburg ob der Tauber) and I've kep my German language skills sharp. I wish you the best in your career, Kim and do let us know how you're getting along? We're all FREUNDE here and musicians know no age barriers.

ahhhh---well, THAT explains it!  I GREATLY appreciate it and being the kid around here -- even at middle-aged--I am certainly enjoying all the experience and laughs around here---so danke schoen!! smile

To be honest, I had never heard of Chris Norman until... when did you post that video?  smile smile  (I know--a collective groan goes up from the Chordie crowd.)  However, I am a fan now.  (I do remember 8-track if that counts for anything!) smile smile

Kim, you must have listened to my stuff I posted on here! LOLOL (the punk /metal reference).   I have others. As  fairly bad singer, look for anyone who can sing to give a few of my songs a shot.  Not all are metal, or heavy punk, lolol depends on the attitude you want to take with them.
