Topic: New Original Songs Free, Fall Down, and The Emoticon Song

Here are some new songs that I've recently posted about.  I just combined them here so that I wouldn't spam this section but let me know if you'd rather I separate them out! smile  I put the corresponding videos to the songs just so anyone interested could hear what they sound like.  I think I have some mistakes in them so feel free to correct me as I go!! smile

The songs as presented with chords and lyrics are fine as they are here in the songwriting forum.
I will have a listen when I get on my PC with a decent sound system.

Hi kim I enjoyed the songs.On fall down you might try changing to some of your chords too  7th's I did and it gives it a more blues touch a7 is a good one too switch and g7  that's up to you .

Wonderful! I already found a couple of mistakes, so I need to edit those. Also, Dino48 have some good variation suggestions in this thread on how to improve it! smile Yay! smile

HI kim Good luck with your Ukulele journey.
The Ukulele seems to have got rather popular of late or more probably I just didn't take much notice of the instrument being a guitar man. LOL
Anyway I found your songs entertaining and worth developing. Being mostly an instrumental composer I find lyrics hard to do and always admire songwriters with the ability to literary find the words.

Hi Arkady the Guitar Man! smile  Thank you for perusing them. I am definitely a light, fluffy, pop singer//song-writer.  Nothing I do or say is meant with any great clever, depth, or wisdom--just more fun and light.  I ALWAYS admire anyone who can make a backing track--that's where I very struggle!! It's like peanut butter and jelly -- only peanut butter and it sticks to the roof of your mouth---only jelly and it's a tad too sweet.  haahaa--it's Friday here so I"m in my "not making much sense" mode.  Anyway--thanks so much for commenting !! smile  Happy Friday to you! smile
