Topic: "Broken Cover" by Phill

I while back I wrote a song called "Broken Cover" whose title came from a misunderstanding of a song called "Broken", a cover of which was done by our friend Grah1.

I wrote my interpretation as told by a 15 year old who had been enamored of a girl 2 years older than he, and who needed to let her know. He needed to "break his cover".

Phill kindly put the tune to music and what you're about to click on is the result.

I couldn't be happier with his interpretation, y'all! It has all the ingredients needed for a rocker and the voice is spot on.

thanks bill. my recording isn't perfect by any means, but i'm so glad what i've done has met yours and dondras approval. the words just jumped out at me and the melody? right after. it was a pleasure.
