Everybody doin' okay? Friends up North hit the Alka Seltzer yet today?

I myself had to worship at the porcelain altar this morning, but I'm better now. Beer (any kind of alcohol, really) doesn't mix well with all the meds I take, so no more of that stuff. I'm kinda sad about it, you know, because I never watch my German soccer team, FC BAYERN MUENCHEN, and not drink a beer or two.

Back in 2004 when Germany played (Italy, was it? Don't remember) for the world cup, ESPN broadcast the game beginning at 6 am. By 6:30, I was blitzed, boys and girls. It was the ol "Bier-Blitzkrieg" all over again. I called my friend Peter who also has a band in our hometown and told him we'd better win, cause I was skunk drunk and goose loose and I had never gotten drunk at 6 in the morning in all my life! smile

Well, I banged out a few songs on my twelver before heading to the winery because Mrs. Zurf wasn't quite ready to go.  Now I'm going to go catch some big bass, sip a bit, and see what happens.
