Topic: Lost print option.
I use to be able to print songs, I haven't used this option in a while and now when I look for a way it doesn't seem to be there. Has this function been taken away? Thanks.

Hi, Noahcertz and welcome back.
One of our great mods will be along soon to help you.
Bill
Noah, it should be there after you open the song on the right side of the page in the blue framed menu area titled "cool service" look for the little printer icon. It should start your printer services on your device and let you go from there.
Let us know if it still seems missing, and also include the type of device, OS, Browser, and any other information you might think helpful so we can duplicate as close as possible to what you are seeing.
Thanks for posting!
Doug
Thanks for the quick reply but there is no blue framed menu area titled "cool service" just an area where you can change the key and change the tuning. I'm using a desktop computer on Google Chrome. Thanks

There should be another just below the transpose frame. I just checked again and looking good on my side of the world. I'll run through my selection of browsers and devices and be back in a little bit to update this.
Sorry my friend..... Desktop on Chrome is OK
Laptop on Chrome also OK
Notebook on 8.1 and Explorer and Chrome both OK (although I'm still not fond of that Metro UI)
Laptop and Desktop running Linux and Firefox both OK
Sorry but I'm out of fruit this early in the season, so no Apple!
Anybody else got an idea? Don't be shy!
Could it be as simple as a screen resolution problem forcing the boxes out of sight? Please try holding the 'ctrl' button and pressing '-' and see if it brings it back in view.
Roger
I opened Chordie in Internet Explorer and the print feature is there but IE runs very slow on my computer. On Google Chrome the cool service block does not appear. What is that resolution fix you talked about pressing CTL and ?
Thanks.
P.S. on IE the block is on the right side of the screen on Google Chrome the options are on the bottom.

The answer is "minus" sign -
I think.....
I have no idea why the block should be at the bottom of the page though, as it is uniformly on the right side regardless of which browser I use.
I tried all those things plus some more from Google Chrome still no print option and everything else is on the bottom of the page. I can still highlight and print so that will have to do. Thanks for trying.
I'd recommend you send admin (admin@chordie.com) a screen shot of the page as well as your OS and browser - I'd bet he could sort it out
Hey Noahcertz1 - Can you check to see that you have the latest version of Chrome running? Since your stuff is showing on the bottom of the screen and not the side, that's the first thing that pops into my head. Here's a site that will walk you through several different ways to do this (and I'm sorry for all the ads on this site, they are annoying... but since we're not live chatting, this is the quickest way to get you to it): http://www.wikihow.com/Update-Google-Chrome
Current version I am seeing is 41.0.2272.118
If that doesn't work, then I agree with our other Mods - take a screenshot using the snipping tool and email it to admin@chordie.com along with the fact that you're using chrome on a windows computer and the version of chrome you're using. I've seen what you're describing before happen with the mobile rendering of this site, but not on a desktop view. Good luck!
