I am thinking of updating my video editing software and would like to know what you guys use, like and recommend.

i use iMovie but I don't do anything super hard core with it. But if you're a Mac guy it's a good cheap option.
I work with some film makers. They are all in to Premiere Pro.

I have used TrakAx pro for quite a few years it has video tutorials to help you and is easy to learn it sells for around 24.00 for the download and is good for life plus updates. you can download it here use the first one https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=trakax+download

Thanks Joe but I am a PC guy and cannot get on with Apple/Mac. 
I have seen most of your videos Russ and you get some great results. I thought that the software you used would be far more expensive so I will look into that.
