Topic: Looking for classic rhythm oriented blues song to play.Any suggestions

Jimi Hendrix songs are great because they integrate riffs with rhythm.  I am looking for some great classic blues song to learn and play.  Songs that have great riffs ingrated with rhythm.  Something that is probably 12 bar based and will give a little room to do some pentatonic improvs...;)

Thanks for your suggestions.

The entire John Lee Hooker catalog.  That dude made a living playing one or two riffs.  It's fantastic.

Someday we'll win this thing...

If you're going to play John Lee Hooker songs, don't try and count them.  John Lee Hooker did not stick to consistent beats per measure.  His is a truly unique style best played by feel rather than formal techniques.  I agree that if you can reproduce Mr. Hooker's style that you must surely have a good ear for rhythm.
