I  have  seen  her  before but  she  is  so  good  its  always  worth  watching  any   footage  that  turns  up .This  is priceless.

Very cool stuff, Badeye! There wouldn't be many female guitarists in that era, and she's really quite good. Always good to learn about the "pioneers" of music.

caught in that terrible you-tube vortex.

One snippet leads to another and the result is I've lost a couple hours of my life!  Plumb forgot to make supper! and I'm burning up valuable guitar re-stringing time.

Badeye Mr Hurt is great,he is one of the main reasons I can play a lot of music fingerpicking,he was a strong influence for me.

As soon as I saw Mr. John Hurt finger-picking with his pinky & ring finger anchored, it reminded me of Mark Knopfler's right hand. A great technique that's been around for years, and has produced a lot of great music ... like the piece you've featured.
