Topic: Guitar and other instruments

I didn't know where to post it, so I did it here.
Most of us are guitar players, so I was just a little bit curious about "loving or playing" other instruments. I can play guitar, only guitar, but instruments I adore are for example
- hapsicord: I named it a pianoguitar. The rolling Stones used this instrument on some of their old records, like "sweet lady jane".
I even prefer this instrument above a piano, and probably, if I should buy a very good keyboard, you can play this instrument.
Are there chordians who know more about this instrument.
What is next to your guitar(s) your favourite instrument, and can you play it?

Mandolin is my other passion...when playing in a group several years ago it seemed that we had too many guitar players...so I showed up with a mandolin. Also play bass...

Middleaged Redneck sorta guy who refuses to grow up...passion for music, especially Southern Rock but like bout everything cept Gangsta/Hip Hop. Collect guitars, mandolins, and love to ride Harleys.

I also play the Sax but have neglected it for quite a few years. Perhaps one day I will take it up again. I guess the guitar has always been my real passion.

Gee I envy jaygordon and mherbert, the Mandolin and Sax are two of my favourite instruments - Beautiful. I do not play anything else but would love to play something else and one day I will.  But the guitar is what keeps me sane!!!
