Bagpipes are one of the coolest and most noble sounding instruments ever. Does anyone make a guitar synth that will emulate them?

TF - have a listen to some "Big Country" on Youtube. A great Scottish band - the guitarist makes his guitar sound like bagpipes! It's a great sound...
