FSU may or may not get by Florida, but Alabama vs FSU would be a bloody mess with FSU coming out on the wrong end of it.  They're a good team that looks great in a bad division.   Alabama is a great team that looks even better in the toughest division in college football.  And as a Pac-12 guy, it pains me to say that.

In any case, I'm simply rooting for as much BCS chaos as possible.  big_smile

My Seahawks looked great this weekend.   They have full control of their destiny now, too.  All they have to do is win out at home and they are the #1 seed in the NFC, no matter what else happens.  That means a 1st round bye, and home field advantage for the duration.

There is nothing preventing any team's fans from being loud.   And both the Saints and the Seahawks have sucked for a long time in those same stadiums, so it can't be that much of a big deal.  That's why we used to call them the 'Aints and the Sadhawks.

Home teams should play better football if they don't want to get beat at home.   Home team fans should be louder if they think it's that big of an advantage.

In the mean time, three more home wins and the Seahawks have the #1 seed locked up.

In this case the seattle and new orleans have overpowering noise levels more so than in reguler stadiums.

No, they have overpowering fans.  The stadiums have little to do with it.

Kansas City has the loudest stadium on record, but no one seemed to complain about that when they were the AFC West's punching bag for a whole lot of years, and no one cries about how unfair it is because Lambeau or Soldier Fields are tough places to play.   

And no one cried about the Clink until the Seahawks got really good, either.

Yes they are hurting but there still in the hunt there are six games left and there a half game behind and there still in position for a wild card spot hopefully Rogers will return before they are mathematically eliminated

I think he is the most motivating person on the team and hope he gets back soon but a broken collarbone is pretty hard to get over fast. I think the packers should keep three quarterbacks from now on.

And in other news, it appears that Washington head coach Steve Sarkasian has been lured away to coach USC.

For the record, I will not miss him much.  Nice guy, too close to the players, but a record of just over .500 isn't getting it done.

Yeah, that was pretty spectacular.   big_smile

They've got the #1 seed pretty much wrapped up.  I believe they can drop the next three games, and so long as the Saints lose one, it's a done deal.   It wouldn't surprise me to see them resting players over the next couple of weeks (which sucks for my fantasy teams) but getting Marshawn Lynch in top condition and Percy Harvin in uniform for the post season has got to be on their minds.

That was a blowout for the Seahawks,they look like there superbowl bound,I hope my 49ers can win this weekend. I think the Seahawks are the team too beat now they have a complete package. I will quote toots ( Scary Good). I also have been watching the Panthers and they are coming on strong Cam Newton  and a super defense.
