Hi...been trying to upload an avatar...it less than 10k and smaller than 60 as required
but it still says I haven't uploaded a file and to go back...is it the format? I'm using a
standard .jpg...
I also don't seem to be able to change my user name?

I cannot understand the problem with the avatar. Size is usually the only issue, but I have a suggestion. Leave trying to upload alone for 24 hours and try again, if you are still having problems then post again.
As for your username, you are not able to change it, but I can, however there is a danger that in doing so you can lose your songbooks and you might have to start again with them. If you want to take the risk, please write to me privately and we will sort it out for you.

Greetings and thanks to both of you for the advice, the user-name bit wouldn't matter too much as I haven't got anything in my songbook yet!
The only part I wanted to change was to display "wooddragon45" rather than "wooddragon" so if it's a hassle to do then don't worry about it...
I tried the upload again but having the same problem, so I'll try the avatar upload again after 24 hours as you advised, the dimensions are
59x59 and the file itself is 4.24k in .jpg format...if your site prefers a different format I can easily convert it...
