Printing my songbook

Hi. I've been away for awhile.  I want to print some songs from my songbook and I don't see that box on the right that used to allow me to transpose and change font sizes  and stuff.  I have tried the cntrl - to change my resolution all the way down to a point where I can't read the print at all and it doesn't appear.  Do you have any suggestions?
UPDATE:  I went to view somebody else's songbook and was able to print from it.  I wonder why my songbook doesn't have the option.
