Topic: Need help with the chorus of this song (CHORDS)

hi, i am trying to get the chords to this song, i got all of them except the ones in the chorus, the chorus only has 5 different chords.
here's the song; i'll post a live video, so you guys can see his fingers. i can't seem to recognize none of those chords.
