While I didnt have a case of GAS like Naolslager, I did have a case of  Peace, Love, Motorcycle, and Chicken Fried Steak!
My son and I went for a ride out to the #1 place to get it. Marys Cafe in Strawn Tx.  (we did have GAS after we left though  :lol:

OH if you order the  cheesy loaded fries as an appitizer, the small can feed 5 easy.  Real Cheddar, not the crap in a can. Bacon bits and chives! just needed some sour cream which If I asked we could have gotten.

Just had a look at Texas reporter link.
U had very large portions in Texas,looked @ the dance hall report also.
You have a really different culture to us.
