Looking for chords for Avila and Sweet peace.
From what I can glean from YouTube, "Avila" and "Sweet Peace" are the same song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPR389YKAWs
The video is for a song called Avila, but the chorus says "Sweet Peace" in it twice. So I'm assuming they're the same thing. Anyhow . . .
It's in the key of B. The guitarist in the video is capo'ed on fret 7 using E fingering to get the B. I'm not gonna do that because there's an easier way. Instead, put a capo on 2 and use A fingering. It will sound good enough IMO.
Intro: Alternate between D and A
Chorus:
(D)Oh ... (A)peace ... (D)never ... (A)fallen ... (D)never ... (A)fallen ... up(E)on this (E)town
(D)Oh ... (A)peace ... (D)never ... (A)fallen ... (D)never ... (A)fallen ... up(E)on this (A)town.
Then a short interlude in A.
Verse: (Note: The verse is identical to the chorus, except substitute two F#m chords for the D and A at the beginning of the second half like this:)
(D) ... (A) ... (D) ... (A) ... (D) ... (A) ... (E)everything (E) burned
Have you for(F#m)gotten ... (F#m)live here ... (D) ... (A) ... (D) ... (A) ... (E) ... (A)
Then another chorus.
Then a solo (violin in the video) which follows the verse chords.
Then another verse.
Then another chorus.
Then a chorus where the audience sings along.
Then the outro, which is another violin solo that follows the verse chords.
And that's it.
