rigsby, welcome to Chordie. Cannot give you the strum pattern for senior bob dylan as he is the artist and not the song. Song patterns vary for each and every song. So in order for someone to helpn you with a strum pattern they would need to know the song you are refering too.

I'm thinking it is Senor by Dylan. I looked and didn't find a tutorial on youtube, found some covers tho. So do a search on youtube and watch to try to pick out how they are strumming.
