I do it every once in awhile, but not too often.
lol I haven't done that for a long time either. Once they get in there they sure don't want to come out. If you left enough of them in you could shake the guitar and use it as a percussion instrument.:)
I did it just a week or so ago. Then I grabbed another pick and promptly did it again.
You will not have that problem if you do not use a pick,I have a rattlesnake tail in my yamaha.
I keep loads of spare picks in my back right pocket for that very reason....drop one? No biggie. Just reach back and grab a new one. Hard to do if you play sitting down though.
Fit a "Feedback Buster" into the sound hole and you'll never loose another pick in there again

I mostly drop picks while playing electric...for some reason I don't have that problem on acoustic. Maybe 'cuz I'm up and jumping around like a moron on the electric.
I just leave em in the soundhole, after a while there are enough picks inside so that if ya need one, just turn it over and at least two picks are sure to fall out.
