Topic: My Interesting Chat

I had a guy in the shop yesterday interested in a keyboard to rent. He walked in whist I was recording the backing for a song and his first comment was "It is great to walk in a music shop and hear someone playing". A great way to make friends instantly smile. His name was Brian and I discovered that he earned his living writing music for TV but when we got filling to in the rental form I discovered that his surname was Bennett.

Now to many of you this will mean nothing, anyone of my generation who was a Shadows fan will know instantly that this is the guy I was talking to:

Very Cool!  I also checked out his Boogie Juce track. Very  funky "blacksploitation" show music,,, or some old Dirty Harry or Starsky and Hutch!  Cool beans!

Re: My Interesting Chat

you jammy g....er, person you! isn't it just amazing how you have to move to Portugal to meet the famous?

i once met the drummer who left the Equals just before they released "baby come back" he was not a happy bunny.

having watched the vid, it occurred to me that no matter how much programming you did, you'd never get a drum machine to give a solo like that.

LONG LIVE THE LIVE DRUMMER

Ask not what Chordie can do for you, but what you can do for Chordie.
