Topic: anyone on late tonight 6/29/12

Anyone going to be on skype Late tonight? Im talking about 10-11 Centeral time?
I am leaving work early tonight (7:30) an will be home around 9:30. (1.5 drive time w/ a beer / wallmart stop).
  I played till 730 AMlast night /this morning.  Wrote a song, laid down very rough guitar track, bass track and my vocal (which was bad but not terrible, so I was happy with it) with my Audigalaxy prog.  Then I realized my guitar was tuned a half step down and the bass was standard!, so at 645 I tuned down the bass and redid that track! 
  I was pretty keyed up and was hard to sleep for 4 hours b4 coming to work but im jazzed about it!
  One thing though, I need a chorus!!  I have 4 great verses but no chorus or bridge. I need some help with this.  Any takers?

My Skype name is Derek.Zurfluh.  It's a clever code that Momma Z. gave me.  If you see me on-line, I'll play with you.  I had insomnia last night so I could well be up.  My office is sound insulated, but I'd still have to be a bit quiet.  I've just started working on Summer Breeze this week so would like to get some constructive criticism.

Zurf - I got an IM from Amy wondering if anyone was interested in joining tonight (6/29) but I don't know who all she sent it to.  Hopefully one or the other (or preferably both) of you will be on this evening.  I sent a request to you on Skype to be added to your contacts list.

I'll check in from time to time, although if it gets much past 10:00 pm central I probably won't be able to play (only listen) because my office is not soundproof.

My office isn't soundPROOF.  It's sound insulated.  I didn't see that request.  Let me go see if I can figure out how to find it to accept it.

I just gotta say to you guys, that was the ost fun I have had with my music in a VERY LONG TIME!  Wish I had Made it sooner, but daddy had to have new shoes big_smile and beer! lol

I will be around this weekend and I will keep a watch on Skype!  Jeff, We really have to get together on 7mary3!   Do you like Devil boy?  I think its the best song on the whole first disk!

Sorry I missed you.  Once the chores were done last night, I sat on the couch and almost immediately fell asleep.  Only about four hours of sleep since Thursday night and I've been taking Benadryl for some bee stings.  I guess I was tired because I slept for about 11 hours.  At some point I made my way up to bed from the couch.

VERY sorry I missed you guys!  Thursday I had a few drinks a little too early and ended up with an extra kid.  Jim kept me up late wink then the kids woke me early.  Friday I just can't recall ... I think I was half dead from sleep deprivation.  I've never been a night owl and working till around 11pm I cant seem to get to sleep till 2am lately then the kids have me up by 6:30.  Here's hoping next Thurday I'll catch up on the sleep so I can join Friday.

BTW - I think Chica (my dog) totally had an off heat back in April.  She still appears to be pregnant (even more so now).  So I'm still on pins and needles listining to her belly and feeling for movement and wondering just WHEN it is she's really due to deliver.  This of course doesn't help my sleep at all!  LOL!
