why can i not be given the option to have my own password the one's we get do not work for me .i have to new password then use the link to get in when you then input new p/word nada nowt nogo getting fed up

Simply click "profile" on the dark blue bar, then click "change password".

Topdown is correct. You have to enter your old one before you can change it to something easier to remember, it should be straightforward.
