Topic: Is chordie a "search engine" or a searchable index?

Just curious as it is referred to as a search engine, but since i have to submit songs for chordie to find, it seems to me that it is more of a searchable index.

You may have a point..
If you read  the Frequently Asked Questions in the Resources page it may give you a better idea to the way Chordie works..
