Topic: Bristol weekend

Whoooo-hoooo it's Nascar race time at Bristol this weekend. A real good excuse to party and eat more that I should. Looks like I'll only get to play guitar during caution flags.

Live in the "now" - a contentment of the moment - the past is gone - the future doesn't exist - all we ever really have is now and it's always "now".

Lucky dog!!,I am a nascar fan. My favorite driver is Carl Edwards in #99. Don't eat too many fried bologona sandwiches. (do they have them at that track?).

There's all kinds of food at the track, way to easy to over eat. I follow Tony Stewart and my wife favors Clint Bower. At Christmas they have a vestival of lights, ya get to drive your car around the property to view all the light displays. At the end of the tour you drive your car around  the track and park on the infield for food and souveniers. You can really feel how high the banking is in a Ford windstar van, it's a blast dino.

I would really like too see that race in person,we have the june race here but it is a road coarse so you do not get too see the whole thing. If I remember right thats a night race. I  like tony as well. That must be fun driving the coarse its got too be strange going on the track banking in a van!!

I was wrong it looks like it will be a day race on sunday. Greg Biffle got the starting post.
