Topic: Need chords

I can't find the chords for the song "Cuando Canto" by Ozomatli.  Any ideas where I can find them?  Or does anyone have the chords?  Thanks.

Capo on 6 and the main progression is C F G    The chorus adds an Am before the C in parts...
