i'm not 100% sure but try picking 4.2.3.1.for [F]
5.3.4.2. for[C]
6.2.5.1.for [g]
without having my guitar at hand i think these are the correct sequences ,but dont quote me on them in case i'm wrong ,start with your base string and pluck the other alternate good luck...
