Topic: Talking about spammers

I done got me this agravating thang going on with my 'puter, now. Most days, like this morning, when I check my mail I will have 15 to 20 Mail Returned as undeliverable messages when I ain't sent out anything. Is this happening to anyone else? Any ideas on how to fix the problem without having to change my screen name. Sure would be a pain in da booty to have to do that.

I don't have much trouble with spam in my email... However, just to make you aware, I do get a spam mail (prescription drugs) from your email address pretty much every night.... Been that way for about a month.

Spammers are the scum of the internet, the most annoying thing apart from viruses.

It appears that your email as been hacked, Nela.  That is not good.  You need to change your password as a minimum.  And quit selling drugs to GuitarPix.

You may want to check with your email service provider, too.   Email systems are notoriously tricky to administer, and provide a really common "relay" vector for spammers to use for sending spam.  It might not be you, it might be your ISP's email server.

you could also have a virus local to your pc especially if you use Outlook or Outlook Express
