Hello all. I'm having trouble with this, can anyone transcribe the chords to this song? I can figure out where to place them. Thanks for any help.

Intro is in G.
Verses 1&2 are the same. G, D, Am D, G,D
Bridge #1: Bm, F#, Bm, D.
Verse 3 same chords.
Ride: G, D, G,C,D.
Bridge chords same as first bridge.
4th verse same as others then he changes key up to Ab and plays all chords up a half step followed by repeating the last line three times.
We pronounce it "Guf Coast".
