I belive you can go to the song and check this on the right side and put it too uke chords etc. O and welcome too chordie calocksmith,are you a locksmith? If its on chordie go to the song then ck tuning and you will find the chords that way

Just joined here, but wanted to confirm that guitar chords and uke chords are the same.  In addition, Am to Dm is a really easy transition:

E is a bit trickier for some - you have to bar it - but if you are used to barring a guitar, it shouldn't be a problem
