This must have been asked before:  How can I increase the left margin to make room for punching binder holes?

Hi painkiller and welcome to the chordie forum!

I use firefox browser and you can set print margins in FF by going to File / Page Setup / Margins and Header..

I'd imagine there are similar settings in IE and other browsers
