Hi guys anyone know the chords to this one, i have worked out most of it but i am stuck on the last part of the chorus.

The whole song is C and G7 except the bridge.
Bridge chords are:
F,G,C,A minor,D minor,G,C,C7
F,G,E,A minor,D minor,D (major) and G
He has a capo on his third fret so he can play using the "A" shape.
I would use open chords in key of "C" with no capo.
