Unfortunately I can't find anything for Gladys Knight but this was originally a country song recorded by Ray Price and you can find the chord progression for that sonf here.

I don't have any idea how to make this sound like Gladys Knight's version but at least you have a chord progression to start from.  Hope it helps.
