Can't add songs, but I'm not maxxed out

I can't add songs to my songbook.  I'm not maxxed out. Only have 19 songs in book.  When I hit add.  It resets page but still says add.  I go the songbook and it hasn't been added.  I've tried to add 2 or 3 songs with no success.  I have another songbook and it added fine.  Any ideas on the problem.
