Hi Jerhone and welcome to Chordie,

The artist's names are English Dan and John Ford Coley who had 8 songs in the top 50 during the 70's. Sadly the '72 single 'Simone'  from the 'Fables' album was not even in the top 100 so I have my doubts that you will be able to find the chords for it.

However if you can find, and post, a link to the song maybe someone can work out the chords for you.

Allow me to also Welcome you to Chordie!

England Dan was also known as Dan Seals and some of his music can be found here on Chordie.... however not that particular tune.
You may be able to find it elsewhere on the net under his given name, and as Roger suggested, if you are able to find a video of a performance somewhere post it and it is likely someone can come up with the chords for you.
