my favourite electric guitar is the 50th anniversary series fender stratocaster. it's so easy to play about on and the pickups give such a great tone

I've got a Walden 12 string that is great.
Its my 10 year plan to change from acoustic
and electric to the 12 string. Its a lovely
instrument.

I have 3 strats... a 60,s reissue .. a white mexican strat with 60's pick ups.. and a guitar I built myself, modeled after Stevie Ray's old fender (with the Tex Special pickups and the reverse tremelo)

OOOOOO I LOVE THE TEXAS SPECIALS I HAVE THEM ON MY STRAT BUT ONE OF THEM IS A BIT DAMAGED SO IT MAKES A CRAKLEING NOISE DNO WHY? <img src="images/smiley_icons/icon_redface.gif" border=0 alt="Embarassed">

i would say my favourite guitar to look at would be an Angus Young model SG, in cherry red of course, but i don't really have a faourite playing guitar.

My best guitar is my one true love (among guitars) - an Ibanez SZ520QM in Blueberry. It's gorgeous, plays like a dream, and gets a versatile range of sounds out of its dual-humbucker + coil tapping setup. It'll sustain forever and stays in tune. I've played Fender, PRS, and Gibson models that cost four times what this axe did and can't touch it on fit, finish, or feel.

Mine to is a Fender, Statocaster plus with gold lace sensor pickups in dark blue. My best acustic is a 1959 levin goliath it sounds very sweet

I have to say that the origional white 62' strat is the one that i prefere the most, unless we're counting waylon jennings telecaster.(the best guitar ever) <img src="images/smiley_icons/icon_biggrin.gif" border=0 alt="Very Happy">

na!!! the maddest guitar wii have to be the electric guitar, if you play with an amplifier, it sounds so good!! but the best one i've played is a 12 string guitar, its difficult but its worth all the frustratin practise sessions!!! <img src="images/smiley_icons/icon_razz.gif" border=0 alt="Razz">

right now I am playing a Fender Jazzmaster from the early 90ties, it's not easy to play because the neck is very thick, but it has a wide range of sounds from fat grunge style to extremly thin noises.
For a brighter sound with more sustain, nothing comes close to a Les Paul Custom.
But the best guitar I ever played was a Squier Telecaster from the early 80ties, it was precisely crafted and sounded as clear and powerful as you normally don't get it for that little money. I think it's better than the american models produced right now <img src="images/smiley_icons/icon_razz.gif" border=0 alt="Razz">

<font face="Arial">My 66 SG Standard with 490’s (the neck pickup is hot wired). Late at night, when the world is asleep, if you listen close you will hear music coming right out of the guitar. I play it through a ’53 Fender Vibrolux or a Marshall, depending on the song. For fretboard ease, I once had a Hagstrom II that played itself, I was just a fixture used to hold it up. My acoustic is a deep-bowl Ovation Ultra with a carbonite neck. The pickup is under the bridge so I get GREAT bass response with transparent High end. When my bassist is on guitar, I can easily add the bass lines.</font>

my best guitar is a G&L Commanche i got built for me, it's vintage white with a tortoise shell pickguard and gold plated hardware, you can't beat the G&L z-coils for sound.
