lessons for common questions

What I think this site needs are user-made lessons/tutorials. Many of the questions in the the forums are repeats. If the members of chordie were able to make and submit lessons it would clean up the forums by getting rid of all the short two answer threads that keep repeating. Here is an example of a site that incorporates forum, database, and lessons well http://www.mailleartisans.org/ I know on that website the lessons are extremely useful, that is where I learned to make chainmaille. It would not be as good as a real teacher but it would answer some peoples basic questions.

Just food for thought. Even if you start by making lesson threads, I think it would help out quite a few people, and clean up the clutter.
