Topic: Am7 vs. Am#7 ??

hello, newbie here again smile



i was just wondering:

i was looking at some chords
("sparks" by coldplay, to be exact)

and after i changed the tuning from "guitar" to "ukulele c-tuning"
the Am7 chord chart and the Am#7 chord chart are exactly the same
(4th string second fret)..

why is that?

it sounds a bit off if i play the chords the same..



any help? smile
