Hey everyone,
I've been looking at buying an epiphone viola bass for some time now. I wanted something with that sweet hofner bass look and feel but I couldn't afford the real thing. Recently I noticed Hofner came out with its own affordable violin bass, the Icon series. Does anyone already own one? And if so, is it a good buy versus the epiphone viola?
I own both Hofner and Epiphone guitars, and their quality is great for the value. I don't know about their violas and violins specifically, but they make good products, otherwise.
Generaly a good buy. try it out and see.
