Topic: In My Dreams

This is another little melody I got from playing my wife to sleep, like sleepy time song I wrote awhile back. For the life of me I couldn’t come up with the lyrics tonight until I let my difficulty coming up with the lyrics be the lyrics. Anyway, I hope you all like it. Play it slow and sleepy like you’re trying to drop someone off to sleep and you got it just about right.

Hey James - thanks -I'm lucky the wife lets me freelance a little to put her to sleep. It's where I get a lot of my musical ideas. I too like this chord progression and want to hear how it sounds recorded as well. I'm getting a bit of a long que going though so I'll have  to pick and choose.

Hey Helena - I was just about to give up when I actually used a trick James had mentioned in the past, by turning the frustration around on itself and writing about it. He's still the king in my mind but thanks.
