Topic: Looking for a Song. I only remember the lyric phrase "With Alberta"

I can't remember who sang it, but at one point there is a phrase that goes"with Alberta, with Alberta" and then there's this twangy instrument that has a slow descending run of 12 notes.

Is the song your looking for called "Four Strong Winds" by Ian Tyson. It mentions Alberta. Neil Young also covered this tune.
