Topic: Musician's contest

Are musician contests worth it? I think so. I just entered the Land in the Band contest (http://www.landintheband.com) where musicians can enter to win cash, prizes and the chance to join the Commodores on tour for a week as part of their band. (I entered as a drummer, natch, but pretty much any musician can enter.)

I checked it out, and it seems legit. Anybody else do this?

Unfornutely, it would be too far for me, as I live in Belgium
