I'm new on Chordie and I'm wondering if you can submit your own tabs. If so, how? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Chordie is a search engine and the songs, chords, and tabs are listed on other sites. You can write your own tabs for your own use but I do not know any way  you can have them listed on Chordie.
