nice one mojo, nothing wrong with the quality of the recording, only that the vocal is a little low. try raising the lap top higher to get the guitar below the mic line. i'd like to see the words too

Apart from the vocal level being a little low it is a very good recording. The other way around this is use Audacity (an enormously expensive piece of software, like FREE ) and record guitar and vocals separate you can then adjust the levels to get the balance right.
