Tina, if I had them, I'd kindly share them with you.
I did a google search and found what you probably already found as well... they aren't readily available. We do have some members here that are pretty good at figuring things out, so if you can link to a youtube video or online sound file of the song, it's possible on their downtime they might be kind enough to work the song out for you. In the meantime, there's tons of sheet music available for purchase as another option!

I looked here and Steve Green only has one song and it is not the right one.

tina926, Welcome to the forum. You might want to try this site - HigherPraise.com. The site say's they have the song lyrics and tabs but you will have to download the program, It looks to be free but I did not go that far, Let us know if this works for you.

I've searched the song in HigherPraise.com, as well as UltimateGuitar.com...no luck! 
But thanks again for your replies... (by the way, I'm new here at chordie.com so I'm not sure if this is the right way of posting my responses.)

tina926, you are doing fine with your posting. Usually newbie's go the the "Chat" forum and tell us a little about themselves and meet the other folks. If you have a question, just look to where the post fit's and make the post there. If it happens to be in the wrong place one of the "Mods" may or may not move it but that's OK.
