Topic: Chord help please

I can't for the life of my figure out the chords for this song and I really enjoy the style of the song.

This is a tough song! Lots of chord subs. Looks like he's starting on a D dim but the cello is playing a bass line to (I think) imply a Bb7 chord. And I do believe he is resolving with a ii-V-I turnaround to a major 7th chord but can't tell for sure.

This is jazzy jazzy stuff. You might start by Googling "rhythm changes," learn those ( I-VI-ii-V) and then sound out the substitutions from there.

I have this moveable e5-a5-d6-g5-b6 chord formation that seems to follow alright but I can't figure out what it actually is so I don't know where to go from it. Sorry, I'm really quite a novice when it comes to chord forms and learning by ear.
