dino there is a free chess program called SCID and a website called chessgames.com once you download the program it has tips that can teach you how to play the website has free games to download in a PGN format that the Scid program opens up and by clicking the arrows on your keyboard > it will make the moves in the game but going to the library is the easiest way just get a book for beginners it will tell you how the pieces move and the object of the game and I can help answer any questions you may have if you want to learn how to play
I will give it a try,I need something too do soon as I will be done with all my school classes in March,(if I pass them all). I do not think I will take anymore collage classes it is hard on an old brain!!!
