Topic: Saving songs with a changed key

For example, Neil Diamond song "Sweet Caroline" shows up in the key of G.

To match the original recording in the key of B, I tried to 'save the song' adjusted for the key of B

But when I retrieve the song it shows up in the key of G again.

Is there a solution to saving the song in the key of choice??

Are you saving it to your songbook?  It should work.

I agree with Pete, if you save it in your songbook AFTER you've transposed it, when you pull it up again FROM your songbook, it should pop up as you had saved it.  That doesn't always work if you're making a songbook public or linking to a song however.
