This is a realy old song, written when my wife Ann and me got together 30 odd years ago. I have changed a few words and some chords, but that's it. You can listen to this and another new song or two on My-space, click on my web to your left. Comments welcome.

Just had a listen to your newbies on myspace. I just gotta say I loved "Blue is Grey" great tempo changes and really nice atmos to the piece.

from the heart, this one. all true too. we met at a disco where they only played waltzes and "ling-a-long-a-max" you know? grab a granny...lol. then one night ann (the wife) came along to one of my gigs and as i was looking her in the eyes while i was singing a love song she whispered "i love you too" boy was i flying after that! 30 years and counting.

i made a boo boo on blue is grey! you see the riff was running around my guitar for some time, then one day i managed to write a couple of verses, did a backing track and promptly forgot about it!
then a week or two ago, i put together 3 or 4 bits i'd been working on and wrote 10%!!!! then after up-loading to my space, i came accross blue is grey and realised what i'd done. so if you thought the riff and chording were similar, you now know why

You are doing a bang-up job in the mixing department. Your new tunes are sounding very pro. smile (not that they didn't before)
Ann must have loved the way  "Why Don't You Stay Tonight" turned out. I'm guessing you got a big hug for that one.


Nice mix in the different styles of songs. "Killer Heels" had me tapping and thinking.
