Update on the Carolina Treet BBQ Sauce:
I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to spicy/hot sauces (curry, Indian food and Portuguese piri-piri are all completely off the menu) but as this had been sent especialy for me, I decided to throw caution to the wind and try it.
I marinaded a chicken breast in it for 24 hours and then roasted it with onions, potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Certainly the aroma when I served it was great but it was with some trepidation that I took the first bite (and I did have a glass of iced water on hand just in case )................................... I need not have worried it was delicious and I enjoyed every mouthful.
